Send text message PASSWORD username date of birth to phone number 040 830 2200. For example PASSWORD k0000001 04.03.1984 or PASSWORD k0000001 040384. If you are abroad remember to use Finnish area code, in which case the phone number is +358 40 830 2200. If the password reset was successfully completed you will get new password in a text message. You will also get a text message from a failed password reset.

When you reset your password with text message, Winha must contain your real phone number. If phone number is incorrect the password reset won't succeed.

Using this service will cost the normal text message rate charged by your operator.
