If problems occur, please contact Jelppari via email with the following email address

In support request email please specify the problem as accurately as possible and add your contact information. Remember to add a short but descriptive header.

Our system will create a ticket from your support request and it will include an ID-number like: #xxxxx. You will receive an automated message when your support request has been logged and Jelppari has classified it. You will be notified of different stages of your requests workflow, like requests for additional information and the resolution of the request.

Jelppari will handle and delegate all support requests as soon as possible.
